About the Watchmaker
Nineteen Years of Technical Expertise
With 19 years of experience in professional horology, my career is rooted in the high standards of a traditional brick-and-mortar storefront. Having owned and operated my own repair business, I understand that every timepiece is a mechanical legacy. While I have transitioned from a physical shop to a specialized digital workshop, my commitment to the rigorous precision of a master watchmaker remains unchanged.
NAWCC Training & Resources
My foundation in the craft was built through formal training at the NAWCC School of Horology in Columbia, Pennsylvania. This world-class education provided me with the traditional techniques and technical disciplines necessary to handle the world’s most delicate movements. As a member of the NAWCC, I have a deep respect for their extensive research archives and community forums, which remain essential resources for maintaining the highest standards of historical accuracy in my work.
The Electric & Tuning Fork Specialist
I have spent nearly two decades mastering the unique challenges of “transition-era” timepieces. My specialty has been the repairing and servicing of Bulova Accutron tuning fork movements and the legendary Hamilton Electric (Caliber 500 and 505) series. These watches require a specific combination of micro-mechanical skill and electrical diagnostics—a niche expertise developed over thousands of hours at the bench.
A New Mission: Supporting the Hobbyist
Please note: I am no longer accepting new watch repair jobs. I created this website to pivot my focus toward supporting amateurs and hobbyists entering the world of watchmaking. I know firsthand how difficult it can be to find the right watch parts and resources for a rare movement. By sharing my sourcing network, technical guides, and 19 years of bench experience, I aim to make it easier for the next generation of enthusiasts to find the specialized tools and components they need to keep their own projects moving.
